this afternoon,
i went out with tezuka (moon) and kaido (amantha),
we were supposed to watch a spanish movie.
unfortunately, because i was not able to get the right information (it was not in the venue we went to, it was in a mall)
we ended up going to katipunan.
we shared stories about each other's lives while eating out. (^_^)
despite the sudden change in plans,
i'm still very glad i spent a great time with them. (^_^)

party
last friday was the last day of our exams.
my classmates decided to have party to loosen and just celebrate the end of the first long exams.
it was a potluck party meaning we bring food for sharing for the party,
i made pizza for the party. (^_^)
i was the first to arrive and i was warmly greeted by our host hanah.
it was a "getting to know your classmates" party for me as i was not familiar with them yet (we have a large class).
it was really fun and i was glad that i joined the party. (^_^)
we had lots of food and definitely lots of drinks, i mean the alcohol. (^_~)
the next day,
i went to eiji-senpai's place for a small get-together with taka-san and momo-senpai.
it was really happy to see them again considering th last time i saw them was last april. (^_^)
i cooked spicy tuna pasta for dinner and we also had a few drinks.
we watched the movie burlesque but wasn't really able to digest it all as we were also busy talking to each other.
though they kept on teasing me about dancing and doing some movements from the movie that looked as something i would do. (^_^)
it was a fun night and i was happy that they liked my cooking.
i hope there would be more of us in future get-togethers. (^_^)

i was given the nickname "echizen" by my senpai-tachi i few years ago.
though it was only later on when i really "accepted" the nickname.
a few days ago,
i bought this top from a friend of mine.
the first time i saw it,
i already knew that i had to buy it.
and this is the reason.
the red top, denim pants, echizen cap and accessories have been with me for a long time.

visit from momo-senpai and a late night movie
had a surprise visit yesterday from momo-senpai (^_~)
we had a chat and we also called eiji-senpai hoping she could come oever.
unfortunately, she could not go.
anyways, come evening,
out of whim,
we (me, momo-senpai, rei and ryo) decided to watch the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
it was the first day of screening so we immediately reserved tickets because we knew that there would be a lot of people.
when we arrived at the cinema,
as expected it was a full house.
i haven't really watched the previous installments of the movie,
but i knew a little background about the characters and the previous installments.
anyways,
i really really enjoyed the movie! (^_^)
we had a chat and we also called eiji-senpai hoping she could come oever.
unfortunately, she could not go.

dinner with friends
good evening everyone!
just came back from a dinner with some members of seigaku (plus marion the pet xp).
when we were looking for a place to eat,
we saw by chance fuji-senpai!
she was with another friend of hers (who she also saw by chance ;p)
that is why she was not able to join us for dinner.
anyways, the restaurant we ate at had an american theme.
there was also this jukebox look-a-like. (~_~)
as i was looking at the menu for drinks,
i saw vodka cruser!
i just had to order one!
eiji-senpai also had one because of me and she liked it! (~_~)
on my way home,
i passed by a convenience store and bought another bottle of vodka cruser.
love it!

baking monday
it all started with breakfast.
we were supposed to buy hotdogs for breakfast but my mom suggested we make hotcakes.
at first i was not sure because we still had to find the mixer.
as i was looking at our kitchen cabinet i finally saw the mixer so i decided to just make hotcakes for breakfast.
that was the first "baking" of the day. (~_~)
come afternoon,
after eiji-senpai, kin-chan and i finished eating our delicious lunch care of our father,
we started preparing the muffins. (~_~)
after the muffins were trays of pizza!
in all these,
we had guidance from our father.
the kitchen and the preparation table was very messy!
i myself looked very messy!
(~_^)
add to that,
our first pizza was partly a fail because i accidentally flipped it as i was attempting to transfer the pizza from the oven to the table.
though the floor was clean,
it was very rude to serve that kind of pizza to a guest right?
so we just waited for the other batch of pizza.
the flipped pizza was later eaten by me, papa and our helper ate jhoan. (~_~)
there were still a lot of servings left so we gave a "take home" for eiji-senpai. (~_^)
we would like to thank eiji-senpai for the visit and we hope she enjoyed it. (^_^)
we would also like to thank ate jhoan, our helper, who assisted us all morning/afternoon. (~_~)

simple get together
just got home from a small get together with some members of seigaku. (^_^)
had shawarma, drank less than a bottle of beer while watching a horror movie.

i invited momo-senpai because she said she has not tasted the bread that i baked.

i nice way spend the first day of the year,

painful
yesterday,
it started out as a happy, singing, guitar playing, dancing, gift giving christmas party for the seigaku.
but it all ended in tears.
it is just too painful for me to talk about it.
for my fuji-senpai, i am very sorry for everything that happened.
i know it hurts especially that fact that this might (but i hope not) be your last christmas here in the philippines and this happens.
your concern for them, your preparations, i fully understand.
they made their mistakes and i knew very well, being with them almost everyday for four years, that they have a tendency to be like that.
they are very much easily persuaded by anybody and they really change their plans on the very last minute.
i am not defending them, it's just that i had been used to it.
i know that you are the type who likes things organized and planned,
you had a sense of discipline in you,
which is why i understood your disappointment about the accommodations and preparations last night since they said that only a few of them will stay but at the very last minute,
more of them were planning to stay.
it's hard to say this, but rei is right, our "seigaku" is not a "seigaku", i doubt that it even was "seigaku" from the very beginning.
to the rest of seigaku, it is very hard for me to be unbiased about it because i am very close with fuji-senpai.
i'm very sorry.
i know your point that we are already old enough to take care of ourselves.
we are responsible for our own decisions.
you guys want to be together during the overnight thing, i understand that.
our host really wanted you all to stay but there are really limitations.
i know that i already sound biased, but please understand that you already told fuji-senpai that you will be staying overnight.
i myself was surprised when i found out that there were more people who will be staying over without the consent of our host.
i understand your concern that they live quite far and it was already very late at night.
i know that you were merely taking your chances and we know that you are responsible enough not to venture into "such acts" while at the house of other people.
but the dilemma there was there was no consent of our host.
please understand, even in my point of view, it looked as though the respect was lost and there was a lack in staying with decisions made.
there were mistakes.
the guests not asking the permission of the host before hand
and the painful words of our host, fuji-senpai.
it was just too much for all of us.

4 hours
this was the average number of hours i stayed with my friends since yesterday. (^_^)
last night, i went out with my "seigaku" friends to celebrate the birthday of our taka-san. (^_^)
i was with them from 7:30pm till 11:45pm. we ate at Kenny Rogers/ Seattle's Best (two different brands, one owner, one venue). this was supposed to be a birthday surprise for the celebrant but there was no specific plan so is was just go with the flow. (^_^) we talked about our work and other things/ events happening in our lives. in a way, it was a "catch-up" session. (^_^) as we were about to leave, i bought Almond Mocha Latte, which i greatly recommend. (=^_^=) then again, i love it because of its sweetness and thickness. (^_^) but if you don't have a sweet tooth, i don't think you'd enjoy it though. (^_^)
today, i went to a gathering of my high school friends, 12:30pm to 4:30pm . (^_^) i was really excited to see them. there were only a few of us though but it was alright. we had fun!! especially with the Guitar Hero (^_^) i'm a begginer and i know i will really make mistakes but i'm thankful that i never had the feeling of disappointment when i was making mistakes. i just had fun. (^_^) i guess it also helped that my friends were understanding and were simply enjoying the game as well. thanks guys, thanks ScarMid. (^_^)
after my ScarMid bonding, kin-chan and i went to fuji-senpai's house (^_^) kei arrived an hour or two after we arrived. we were there approximately 5pm till 9:15pm. fuji-senpai just got back from New Jersey a few days ago (^_^) she invited us over because we practically missed each other. (^_^) the usual LOLness, fangirling and "sabawness" of course. (>_<) the addition would be the "giving of souvenirs" or "pasalubongs" from fuji-senpai, which most come from their basement in New Jersey. (>_<) we also had dinner at her place, spaghetti with senpai's own recipe for the spaghetti sauce. (^_^)
i just realized all this as i was walking on my way home from senpai's house. (^_^)

the first four from the bulleted list plus me watched a horror movie, which really creeped me out! why? it's for private discussions only. XD
i'm really really fond of watching horror movies in movies theaters, in dvd or steaming sites, it's fine though. (^_^) since the birthday celebrant wanted a horror movie, we followed her wish. (>_<)
after the movie, we went to Tomatokick. that was were oishi and marion joines us. we had dinner and had drinks , as in liquor. (^_^)
got a bit tipsy but still capable of going home safe. but since two members of the group seem to have over done it, some of us decided to call it a night. i was supposed to go with mray on my way home after bringing home eiji but in the end, i slept at eiji-s house along with momo. i was like a liaison between momo-senpai's mom and momo-senpai. some of use decided to just let her sleep at eiji-senpai's house for safety reasons. so i was the one who vouched for her and talked to her mom.
while we were at eiji-senpai's house, she finally gave us our gifts which have been quite over due XD but i did not mind (^_^) gifts are still gifts and i willingly accept them (^_^)
this morning, eiji-senpai and her family brought us to momo-senpai home. (^_^) i still kinda had that feeling of being a liaison. (^_^)
got got home in time lunch :3

rush update!

it's been a week since i last updated ne? unfortunately, i'm currently rushing because i will be going to the province. (>_<) its was a double busy week last week due to sudden work and assistance i had to do. well, i think i have to expect that since that is the nature or work right? it increases as time passes by. anyways, last weekend, we attended this birthday party of ryo's classmate. i actually i never liked the venue of his classmates' birthday celebrations but of course, we went there for the food. (>_<) and of course, the "huge pizza" ! but tell you the truth, the pizza we made last august was better and that was homemade. (~_~) we had early dinner at the mall because we planned to watched a movie later that night. i took a picture of the clouds while we were eating. cute!!!!!! after dinner we watched the movie, "Despicable Me" i really really really loved the cuteness and heart-warming storyline. others may say it's typical but the presentation was very very amusing!! (^_^)

events
from wednesday last week till last sunday, i was busy with "events"
the first event (thursday) was the SEEDS graduation (a scholarship program by our company) at our work place. one word, HECTIC. it was a very hectic day! i missed almost 2/3 of the event because we were rushing some changes for the event. at some point, i hated this day because it was the day i felt really disappointed, under appreciated, over worked, frustrated and tired, after two and a hald months of working. but after a few minutes of drama, i felt better thanks to some friends and co-workers at work. :) i was left behind to do some fixing up but i did not mind. (^_^)
the second event (friday) well, its not really an event but what the heck! after work, i went to fuji-senpai's place. in a way, it was a surprise visit. i really really miss her since we rarely see each other because i am usually busy and tired because of work while she is busy because of thesis. anyways, we had our usual "how are you" talk and "japanese topics" talk. :) i really enjoy her company because i learn from her a lot of things and (i hope she also learns something from me XD) i really love the food at their house. (^_^) i never get bored when i am talking with senpai ♥ senpai and her mom brought me home around 10pm or 11pm. (^_^)
the third event (saturday) was an unexpected one with my friends from college. we went out for dinner and had a catch up chat. (^_^) when it was time to go home, my sister texted me and told me that they went out (late at night) and there was nobody home. it was useless to go home so i stayed at this restaurant for a while. another reason for staying at that particular restaurant? i have a crush there (○^_^○)
moving on! hahahahaha!
the fourth and last event (sunday) was the birthday celebration of my mom here ar our house. i had some of my officemates come over and we sang karaoke. but the main event for me was when we cooked pizza! i was so proud because we were the ones who put the ingradients (^_^) we also had other guests (former officemates of my father who speak spanish) which of course, i enjoyed listening to their discussion. (^_^)

the weather has been really cold and wet, and there have been strong winds and heavy rains come evening. i like it. :3
the first event (thursday) was the SEEDS graduation (a scholarship program by our company) at our work place. one word, HECTIC. it was a very hectic day! i missed almost 2/3 of the event because we were rushing some changes for the event. at some point, i hated this day because it was the day i felt really disappointed, under appreciated, over worked, frustrated and tired, after two and a hald months of working. but after a few minutes of drama, i felt better thanks to some friends and co-workers at work. :) i was left behind to do some fixing up but i did not mind. (^_^)
the second event (friday) well, its not really an event but what the heck! after work, i went to fuji-senpai's place. in a way, it was a surprise visit. i really really miss her since we rarely see each other because i am usually busy and tired because of work while she is busy because of thesis. anyways, we had our usual "how are you" talk and "japanese topics" talk. :) i really enjoy her company because i learn from her a lot of things and (i hope she also learns something from me XD) i really love the food at their house. (^_^) i never get bored when i am talking with senpai ♥ senpai and her mom brought me home around 10pm or 11pm. (^_^)
the third event (saturday) was an unexpected one with my friends from college. we went out for dinner and had a catch up chat. (^_^) when it was time to go home, my sister texted me and told me that they went out (late at night) and there was nobody home. it was useless to go home so i stayed at this restaurant for a while. another reason for staying at that particular restaurant? i have a crush there (○^_^○)
moving on! hahahahaha!
the fourth and last event (sunday) was the birthday celebration of my mom here ar our house. i had some of my officemates come over and we sang karaoke. but the main event for me was when we cooked pizza! i was so proud because we were the ones who put the ingradients (^_^) we also had other guests (former officemates of my father who speak spanish) which of course, i enjoyed listening to their discussion. (^_^)

i miss you all
minna-san! how are you? (~_~)
we have been experiencing some scattered rain showers since the storm but no no great damages. maybe just a rain cloud passing by every now and then. in a way, it's good because the temperature cools down and it feels better to rest with a cool weather. (~_~)
we (with fuji-senpai, eiji-senpai, buchou and kin-chan) went to momo-senpai's house yesterday. a few awkward moments... maybe we should not have went there but i was glad we did because i missed the company of "seigaku" though fuji-senpai, kin-chan and i ended up "dancing" and "fan-girling" together in a different spot. but we were all able to bond together in the later part of our stay.
fuji-senpai and eiji-senpai went to my house afterwards for more LOL sessions XD eiji-senpai was finally able to get her cactus (~_~) as for fuji-senpai, ended up sleeping at our place because it was too late for her to go home. she had a few LOL moments with kin-chan before they went to sleep, as for me, i went to sleep before that even started their LOLness XD the next day, today, we had more fan-girling moments before fuji-senpai went home. in the later part of the day, aniki the devil, visited us. the last we saw him was two months ago and we really missed him! (~_~) as usual, we had crack moments with him and we had a "catch-up talk about our lives. (~_~)
we later went to mass. aniki was supposed to have dinner with us but it seems that there was a change of plan. truth is, i was really disappointed about the change of plans but i know that there will still be a next time. but i admit that i was REALLY disappointed. (u_u)
