this was a conversation between me and my brother ryo while i was reading a book with him.

me: ryo, you are eating your words!

ryo: but it's delicious~

me: i'm serious!

ryo: me too~ (T_T)

i could not resist laughing after that. (^_^)

second hand book

i bought a second hand book today.

the cover of the book wasn't exactly in it's best condition.

the book seems to have gone "swimming" at some point in its life.

luckily, the pages did not stick together.

i actually love second hand books!

the reason why i bought this book was because of it's present condition.

i was really amazed that the pages were still intact.

here is a little trivia about me,

though it's kind of weird...

when i look for a book that i would like to read for leisure,

i would carefully flip the sides of the book and smell the pages.

i love the smell of second hand books. (^_^)

michael angelo f. lobrin

during mass, there was a small promotional talk by michael angelo f. lobrin about his book titled "laugh with God today."

he was very witty and he had a way with words that made us all laugh.

he was a great speaker which i think is why a lot of people bought his book after the mass.

we were lucky enough to get his autograph and to have a photograph with him. (^_^)

we bought my books for the coming school year. (^_^)

12 books all in all.

9 of the books is not thinner than 1 inch.

mostly hardbound and veryyyyyyyyyy heavy!

price of it all?

equivalent to two laptops. (T_T)

first piano book

when i was fixing the papers in our house,

i saw my first piano book!

very nostalgic... (~_~)

i started playing the piano when i was seven years old.

but it was only for a year.

during that time, we were staying at the province.

even since we moved to the city,

the closest to a piano lesson that i had was when i was 12 years old

and that only lasted for about 2 weeks.

though i know how to play the very basics,

i feel bad that i did not fully pursue it.

but i try playing a piece or two sometimes.

fuji-senpai's birthday celebration + sakura taisen manga

last january 27 was the 22nd birthday of fuji-senpai,

though we (kin-chan, fuji-senpai and kae) celebrated it yesterday.

we had one crack-filled afternoon/evening.

we were bullying each other and laughing so much...

i can't even remember why we were laughing so much.

(o^_^o)

but i do remember finally liking the song "toxic" by britney spears

because i saw a fanmade video of Masataka Nakagauchi as Niou Masaharu

and Baba Toru as Yagyuu Hiroshi with that song Toxic.

it was very well made and very very very amusing.

kin-chan found the video.

the food prepared by fuji-senpai uncle was quite delicious.

even when i was already full, i still kept on getting more servings.

and lastly, thanks to kae,

i was able to read a manga of sakura taisen.

so my saturday was just pure crack and fun.

with a few secrets on the side though.

since i already finished my contract at work, i will now focus on studying for the NMAT...

to be ready for that, i bought reviewers yesterday.
