I have been craving Cabbage rolls for a week now. But I finally got to have some for dinner tonight.

I was watching Mandy's Kitchen in CL last year. And that is where I first discovered it. I searched for a detailed recipe and tried to substitute some ingredients that were not available in our kitchen at that time. We were still on lockdown so getting ingredients back then was difficult. For my first try, it came out good. My problem was not I did not cook enough. During that time, my sauce was a bit runny.
This time I made enough for everybody and a thicker sauce. I am glad I can cook these dishes, and my daughter likes them. I already know how to cook even during my high school days, but it is only now that I am learning new recipes.
I hope I can share more in the future.
