i went to Makati City to get the results of my NMAT exam last december.
when my father heard abut my plan,
he told me that since the service center for the repair of our camera was around that place,
i should bring our camera there for a fix.
since i was not familiar with the place,
i decided to look at the map.
i told my father that it was near the Magallanes Train Station.
but he said that it was very far from my destination.
so he suggested a different route.
since he was my father, i followed the route he said.
i was afraid i might not be able to see the building so i walked.
after about a kilometer or two,
i was able to reach the place where i got my NMAT results.
next on my agenda was the service center for our camera.
since i was again afraid that i might miss the building,
i again walked for another kilometer or two.
add to that,
i really had to walk because the jeepney was going against the way towards the service center (which i had to look for...)
anyways, as i was walking,
i was trying my best to be attentive with the buildings around me.
as i was nearing a very old and seemingly torn down building,
i suddenly saw the logo of the service center.
to my great amazement!
the service center was INSIDE the SEEMINGLY TORN DOWN BUILDING!
it's a good thing i walked, or else i would not have seen the logo. (-_-")
when i went inside the building,
i was amazed to know that the security system was quite hi-tech and the whole building had very very good air-conditioning system.
after giving the camera for repair i tried to figure out how to go home.
when i exited the building i noticed a familiar train station.
it was then that i realized that i was only a few meters of the Magallanes Train Station!
when i arrived home, i told my father that i was right and the place was near the above mentioned train station.
my father did say sorry but pretended that i was the one who was bullying him. (~_~)
that's just how we joke around i guess. (~_~)
well, today, almost the same thing happened.
he told me he wanted pancit from a certain chinese restaurant near our place.
i was lazy to go out so i told him maybe he can just eat it next time.
once again he acted as though i was bullying him.
so i gave in and said i will buy it for him.
i decided to just walk from our house to the above mentioned chinese restaurant.
LO AND BEHOLD!
the chinese restaurant already closed down. (-_-")
so i decided to just walk back home.
i guess all the walking is equivalent to a kilometer. (-_-")
i told my father that the chinese restaurant has closed and that i walked.
he just laughed at me.
in the end, we both laughed about and i kept on saying he has been bullying for two days straight.
