we attended the christening of our niece, Joie Marie Cariño. (^_^) she was baptized at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church at Kamuning, Quezon City, Philippnines. the church was really interesting for me because this is run by priests from the
Society of the Divine Word (SVD), a prominent order in our province in Abra, Philippines. the "sister congregation" of the above mentioned order is the Sister Servants of the Holy Spirit (SSpS). i am a proud alumna of the school managed by the SSpS nuns, Holy Spirit School. there is a long history between my family and the first school managed by the SSpS nuns in Tayum, Abra. fuji-senpai and kin-chan also attended the same school as mine but they changed schools before they graduated.
