About 11 years ago, I told a close friend of mine that I wanted to save lives. About that time, I wanted to be a doctor. Unfortunately, I did not survive my first year in medical school.
This time, I have another chance to "save lives." Around this time last year, I enrolled in a Caregiving Course. Unfortunately, the course got delayed due to the pandemic. Late last year, the training center contacted me and asked if I was still interested in taking the Caregiving Course. I was hesitant because I was not financially ready. Eventually, I pushed through, and I am currently half-way through the course.
The course is currently "blended," meaning we have classes online and schedule face-to-face meetings.
Hopefully, this would be an opportunity for me to save lives and be a stepping stone for the betterment of my family's future.
I am far from my goals, but I hope to move closer to my dreams and aspirations.
