my father has diabetes and he has been trying to control his sugar intake these past few days.
he has been looking for something sweet after eating lunch, but couldn't eat anything because everything he wanted had too much sugar content.
because of this, i searched for a dessert that was not high in sugar but still would satisfy his craving.
the result was the mango and banana jello.
it was the very first time i made it and i was happy that it was a success. (^_^)
more desserts to come in the future. (~_^)
ps. i downloaded the recipe book of col. sanders (kfc), maybe i could find a good recipe i can easily follow? (^_^)
