desserts

for these past two days, i have been making desserts for my family.

the first one is leche flan.

i make them in the afternoon, then come evening, all 3 leche flans are already digested. (^_~)

the second dessert that i made is strawberry cream cake. (^_^)

still need more polishing with this desert though because the crust was rather hard. (>_<)

the third and the feature dessert is the chocolate cake. (^_^)

it as my first time to make a cake-cake (not a cream cake) and it was definitely a success. (^_^)

thanks for my family for helping me prepare and most of all helping with the eating! (^_~)
