woke up early today to prepare breakfast.
i made omelet today.
you could say that recently i was not satisfied with the breakfast being prepared.

so i decided to be the one to cook breakfast today.
the omelet i prepared was rather thick, large and juicy.
unlike the omelet being prepared a few days back.
i decided to make an omelet with potatoes, carrots, bell pepper and mushrooms.
not exactly the usual ingredients we use.
anyway, the omelet was "inspired" by the omelet we ate at Casa Armas Restaurant a few years back.
