this started yesterday while i was at work. my lower back was so painful due to the cold temperature in our office and my very bad posture (slouching or half of my body tilted to one side). it does not help that my family (on the mother's side) has a history of scoliosis. the pain went away later that night when i went for a long walk which made me sweat a lot. i guess this means that i have to move a lot to stretch my muscles, exercise or find a hobby that involves movement (dancing? ^_^).
the pain returned this morning while i was at work, as i expected. but this time around it was not only my back that hurts, even my nape. (T_T) i should really be aware of my posture. (T_T)
