Noel Cabangon

on my way home from work, i passed by SM Megamall. i saw Noel Cabangon, a known artist, musician and songwriter her the Philippines.

His songs are about politics, religion, patriotism, love and nature. i would say that he is an activist but one who does not use force, instead, he uses his art. his songs are quite direct but with his voice that is so calm and mellow, you just can't resist listening to the songs and learn from the message of his songs. he has collaborations with different artists who like him are "activists with art" if me memory serves me right he had four albums under Jesuit Communications. the video below is one of his collaborations with Cookie Chua and Bukas Palad under Jesuit Communications.
