And the struggle continues.
Currently having problems with the bills left by previous occupants of the apartment I am managing. Bills accumulated were during the intense lockdown last year. Even though the new tenant is paying his current usage, it gets credited to the previous billing. So according to the system of the electric company, the new tenant "hasn't paid" for the past months.
I am currently trying to fix this, but it just feels the problems keep on coming. Why is this my problem? It is my problem because I don't want my new tenant's electricity cut. It is not his fault. The responsibility is on the management side - my side. There was supposed to be an agreement months before, but the person-in-charge had so many excuses. I don't want to dwell on the blaming game. I hope this predicament gets resolved as soon as possible.
You know what? I am starting to think that I am cursed or something. I hope not. Hoping to see brighter days - and I hope the people I asked help would do their part.
