swan lake

last night, rei and i watched Swan Lake at the Aliw Theater.

it was the first performance for the Swan Song Series of Ms. Lisa Macuja-Elizalde.

this will be the last time she will be performing the roles of Odette and Odile.

the Swan Song Series features the farewell performances of Philippines' pride, prima ballerina, Lisa Macuja-Elizalde.

it was truly a great performance coming from a talented individual.

The other performers were also splendid, especially the jester.

also, kudos to the guest performer, David Makhateli.

during the said event,

the works of artist Ben-Hur Villanueva was also featured.

we were able to have a short chat with him and he even gave us his calling card.

it was definitely another splendid night of art.
